Meet Poppy, named after the troll made famous in the Dreamworks movie series. In the movie, Poppy is know for being a ray of sunshine and happy at all times. The dog Poppy is no different! She always has her tail wagging, and is eager to please. She loves to play with kids and dogs alike, has never met a ball she didn’t love, and at the end of the day loves nothing more than to cuddle up with her people.

Here’s our girl Louie, short for Louise. She is a little spitfire, as we were told she was. She is very smart and is doing very well with her obedience training…she will do almost anything for a treat and has us all wrapped around her little paw. She loves her daddy time in the mornings and her play dates on Wednesdays with her friend Finn, also a Mountain Home Doodle, and is happy-go-lucky everywhere in-between. She doesn’t mind her baths or the hairdryer, which is a good thing because she loves playing outside and is always getting herself muddy or dirty! She is just a wonderful little pup and we know that she will be the best mom for Mountain Home Doodles some day.

Aspen lives in one of our forever guardian homes, her mama has this to say about her:
Aspen, aka Little Girl, is her human momma’s shadow. She loves to go for morning coffee, treats and pets at any of the local outdoor seating coffee shops. She enjoys play dates with her buddies who are Boxers, Golden Retrievers and, of course, Maxx, who we refer to as her big brother. She absolutely LOVES her belly rubs! She is a talker when she plays, gets ready to ride in the car, when we get home, and it makes us smile or laugh all the time. She is such a joy; she learns super-fast and we just couldn’t be happier that she is part of our family.
We have known Tori for over 20 years. I researched her website, spoke with a local veterinarian about her dogs, and ultimately reached out to her about the guardian program. She found the perfect little girl for me, my husband and our rescue dog, Maxx. With Aspen, our home is complete.

Clover is such a fun and curious puppy! We are honored to be her guardian family. She is a bundle of energy that loves to play with her tug toys, go on walks, and chase her older "sister" dog all over the yard. She is fast! And very smart, learns very quickly in her obedience class, and enjoys agility obstacles. She loves food and will do anything for a treat. She potty trained immediately, sleeps in her crate, and travels well in the car. And she talks ALL the time! We just wish we knew what she was saying. Some other traits is she is fearless, loves swimming, meeting new people, and getting her end of the day tummy rubs.
We are so thankful for Clover joining our family. With her beautiful white and tan colors, we call her our toasted marshmallow.

Meet our sweet Sassy, and Sassy she is. She will “talk back” if you scold her. She loves morning snuggles and making noise. She will ding her potty bell to go outside, but she will just shake and shake it to make noise! She knows when it is bedtime and if we are not quick enough, she will put herself to bed. She is so smart and quick to learn. She has several basic commands down (at 3.5 months of age) and we are working on more every day. Sassy feels like part of the family, and It’s only been a few weeks since she joined us. We love our Sassy pup!

A few things about TESSI.....
Not only is she cute, she is so smart and learns sooo quickly! Easily housebroken and figured out the doggy door in just minutes. She loves to play with her big brother Kona, wrestling and tug-o-war are 2 favorites. She loves to chew on ice cubes!
She's been sleeping in her donut bed in our room since 2 weeks after we got her. Sleeps all night and no accidents. She is a real cuddler and loves to jump into my lap and lay her head on my shoulder or chest. Follows me everywhere. Likes her car rides and is doing well with the leash and simple commands. We are using the Baxter & Bella program for training. We just love her and she makes laugh everyday. We call her our clown in Jammies!

Sweet Timber is proving to be everything we hoped for and more,
as a future mama for us at MHD, as well as our newest companion. Her temperament is outstanding- loving and obedient, with a dash
of spice. Timber is still undergoing her health testing to verify she can be a mom in our breeding program, but we don’t expect to have any issues with the results! What we do expect from her is stunning, more petite in size, puppies with her wonderful temperament as well!
Timber has been an absolute delight, and we are so thankful to have the opportunity to experience a new forever puppy in our home with all of our MHD families - the love and companionship that a mountain home doodle adds to a family is priceless!

Bingo lives in one of our forever guardian homes, his mama has this to say about him:
Bingo has been a sweet addition to our family and is a wonderful combination of calm and energetic. We have five children and he can keep up with their crazy and be the perfect playmate for them and in the evenings after they're in bed he is the perfect couch potato cuddler. He loves to sprint around in the nice weather (he doesn't much care for snow, wind or rain) and has a little hop skip he does when he runs. He is adorable and has the most handsome green eyes. He loves his stuffed chew toys, to bark and try to catch the kids feet under the trampoline, camping and a good nap. We adore our Bingo boy!

Zeke’s personality is perfect for our busy family of 5. He is very independent and spunky but will find a lap to snuggle up on (on his own terms). We are busy with his 3 human siblings’ sports activities, and he goes with us to everything. He loves car rides and taking walks. He listens well to commands and his recall is almost perfect. He was born to play fetch and plays well with all animals. He knows no strangers and makes everyone he comes across feel like he has known them forever. Zeke is not lacking in confidence and walks with a strong little prance. Zeke has a human sister with a seizure disorder, and he brings her an abundance of comfort and love during her episodes. He also provides the rest of our family with the love and joy we need to get through these emotional times.

Draeko is proving to be a well-rounded addition to our family- the perfect mix of adventure and unwind! He is excelling in his obedience classes and is a sucker for a treat and a “good boy!” after each lesson.
Some of Draekos favorite activities include a few extra minutes of beauty sleep in the morning, followed by a romp around the yard with his older doodle siblings. And if his siblings can’t keep up with his puppy energy, he is happy to show his mom and dad how good of a boy he is by going on a walk with his leash, like a true gentleman.
We are beyond excited to watch Draeko grow and pass along his wonderful temperament to his future pups!
